Return Policy
Gems Atelier provides a 7-day return policy.
To qualify for a return, items must be in original condition as received, unworn/unused, with tags intact and in its original packaging.
Receipt and proof of purchase must be provided.
To begin a return, contact us at help@gemsatelier.com.sg and we will assist you.
Damages
Do kindly inspect all items upon receipt and contact us immediately if items are found to be defective, damaged, missing or if we have sent you a wrong item.

Credit Refunds
Credit refunds are only permitted once we have received and inspected the returned item and found that the item is in its original flawless condition. *Subject to change or approval for avoidance of doubt.*
Credit vouchers will be provided in same value of returned product and can be used to make purchases of any product in-store.
